Unstained products usually ship in 4-6 weeks;
Stained and poly products usually ship in 4-8 weeks.
All products shipped by UPS Ground and tracking emails are sent to each customer once the boxes leave our warehouse.
Assembly
The foldable Adirondack chair is designed for straightforward assembly with visual-based instructions. Assembly includes creating the seatback with individual slats and bracers, assembling the chair base, attaching the legs and armrests, and securing the completed seatback to the base.

Order
Most orders ship free within the Continental U.S. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and arrive within 6–10 business days total, including processing and transit time.
Please note that some products may have different shipping times. If so, the product page will indicate the applicable shipping timeframe.
We currently ship to addresses within the Continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes that cannot accept carrier deliveries.
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Approved damaged or defective returns receive a prepaid return shipping label.
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee may apply. Custom, special-order, clearance/final-sale, used, or incomplete items are not eligible for return.
