The KoKoMo 32" Dual Fuel Pizza Oven offers a choice between gas or wood-fired cooking modes, built with stainless steel construction. It reaches temperatures up to 900°F (482°C), capable of cooking pizza in as little as 60 seconds at full temperature. The 32" cooking surface allows for preparing multiple pizzas at once, and the oven can also be used to roast meats, bake bread, or prepare other dishes. A double-layered ceiling helps retain heat for even cooking, and adjustable air vents allow control of flame intensity in wood-fired mode.
