The WPPO Karma 55 Commercial Wood-Fired Oven features a spacious cooking chamber made from robust 304 stainless steel, suited for wineries, breweries, and large backyard setups. The cooking surface area measures 27" x 45" (1,215 sq in), with a door opening of 24.75" wide by 9.75" high, and the chamber holds up to 5 pizzas or cast iron pans at once. Outer dimensions (oven only, including stack) are H 56.75" x W 55" x D 37.5". The oven includes thermal guard insulation, an R3 interior that radiates, reflects, and retains heat to help save fuel, tight woven fire blanket fiber insulation on the top and bottom, and a stainless steel fire separator.
