The Karma 25" Stainless Steel Wood-Fired Oven is a compact wood-fired oven designed for fast heat-up times, part of the Karma oven line. It's constructed of 304 stainless steel inside and out, with a double-walled steel design and tight woven fire blanket insulation, plus thermal guard insulation for added heat retention. The R3 interior radiates, reflects, and retains heat to help save fuel and make cooking easier. It includes a stainless steel fire separator and a stainless steel countertop base for a stable foundation. An optional interchangeable tinted skin/heat shield is also available.
