If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect , please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Approved damaged or defective returns receive a prepaid return shipping label . For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee may apply.
