This 12' x 20' outdoor hardtop gazebo (model SAK18352) has a heavy-duty aluminum frame with a powder-coated finish that resists peeling, topped by a steel double roof built for snow and wind. An integrated gutter system carries rainwater off the roof and down the pillars. A double-track system with 2-in-1 binding belts lets you use the netting or the curtains. The yarn-dyed curtains block rain and sun, and the netting keeps insects out while air still flows through. The column bases have brackets with pre-drilled holes for secure installation. Built-in hooks can hold a ceiling fan or chandelier. Warranty coverage is 5 years on the hardtop roof, 2 years on curtains and netting, and 1 year on the frame.
